Delivery Information

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality of our handmade and personalised products.
Processing Times
Many of our products are handmade or personalised to order.
Typical processing times are:
• Personalised products: 3 to 7 working days
• Non personalised products: 1 to 3 working days
During busy periods, seasonal events or promotional campaigns, processing times may be extended. Any significant delays will be communicated as soon as possible.
Delivery Methods
Orders are dispatched using trusted delivery partners, which may include:
• Royal Mail
• Evri
• Other reputable courier services
Available delivery options and charges will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.
Typical delivery estimates for UK orders are:
• Standard Delivery: 2 to 5 working days
• Tracked Delivery: 1 to 3 working days
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.
Tracking Information
Where a tracked delivery service is selected, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are accurate at the time of ordering.
Keeping It Crafty cannot accept responsibility for delays, losses or additional charges resulting from incorrect address information supplied by the customer.
Delayed Deliveries
While we will always do our best to assist, Keeping It Crafty cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, weather conditions, industrial action or other circumstances beyond our control.
Lost Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us.
We will work with the delivery provider to investigate and resolve the issue.
A parcel will generally not be considered lost until the courier's investigation period has been completed.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of:
• The packaging
• The damaged item
• Any visible damage labels
This will help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available to selected destinations.
Customers are responsible for any customs charges, import duties, taxes or local fees applied by their country.
Collection and Event Order Policy
Order Collection
Keeping It Crafty regularly attends craft fairs, markets and community events throughout the year.
Customers may occasionally be offered the option to collect orders from a scheduled event instead of paying for delivery.
Collection Notifications
Customers will be notified when their order is ready for collection.
Collection details, including the event location, date and collection instructions, will be provided via email.
Proof of Collection
Customers may be asked to provide:
• Order confirmation
• Order number
• Name used when placing the order
This helps ensure orders are handed to the correct person.
Collection Deadlines
Orders selected for event collection should be collected during the agreed event.
If collection is not possible, customers should contact us before the event to discuss alternative arrangements.
Additional postage charges may apply if an order subsequently needs to be shipped.
Uncollected Orders
Orders not collected within 30 days of the agreed collection date may be cancelled and refunded at the discretion of Keeping It Crafty, less any costs incurred for personalised or custom made items.
Personalised products may not be eligible for refund if they remain uncollected.
Event Purchases
Products purchased directly at craft fairs, markets or events should be inspected before purchase wherever possible.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
If a fault is identified after purchase, please contact us as soon as possible with details of the issue.
Personalised Orders Collected at Events
Customers are encouraged to inspect personalised items at the point of collection.
Any concerns regarding spelling, personalisation or manufacturing defects should be raised immediately wherever possible.
Event Availability
Products displayed at events are subject to availability.
We cannot guarantee that products seen online will be available at a specific event unless they have been reserved or purchased in advance.
