Keeping It Crafty sells handmade, personalised and made to order gifts and stationery, including but not limited to:

• Bookmarks
• Colouring books
• Calendars
• Mugs and drinkware
• Notebooks and stationery
• Coasters
• Signs and home décor
• Seasonal and special occasion gifts
Due to the handmade nature of many products, slight variations in colour, finish, size and design may occur.
Product images are for illustration purposes and colours may vary depending on device and screen settings.
Personalisation
Customers are responsible for checking all personalisation details before submitting an order.
Please ensure all names, dates, spellings and wording are correct.
Keeping It Crafty cannot accept responsibility for customer supplied errors once production has begun.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).
Prices may change without notice.
Payment is required in full before production or dispatch.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and approved payment providers. For in person events and craft fairs, payments may be accepted through SumUp card readers and cash where available.
Order Acceptance
An order is considered accepted once payment has been received and an order confirmation has been issued.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where:
• Products become unavailable
• Pricing errors occur
• Fraudulent activity is suspected
• Personalisation requests contain offensive or inappropriate content
Intellectual Property
All designs, artwork, product photographs, logos, website content and branding remain the property of Keeping It Crafty unless otherwise stated.
Content may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights.
Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased.
We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
